1. Individualism: An Emirati can own his own land.
2. Collectivism: All small stores are owned by the government

• · Low power distance and high power distance

1. Low power distance: Different tribes welcome each other.
2. High power distance: Some Emiratis' often see Indians as lesser

• · Uncertainty tolerance and uncertainty avoidance

1. Uncertainty tolerance: UAE accepts other cultures and tries to make them feel at home.
2. Uncertainty avoidance: Women in the UAE, cannot show alot of their skin.

• · Task orientation and social orientation

1. Task orientation: UAE is trying to be one of the best countries therefore increasing technology so citizens can be more advanced at learning.
2. Social orientation: UAE's culture always tries to give to others, who cant maintain themselves.
